Matthew took our old damaged pool and made it a showpiece !! the old pool had been neglected for decades, it looks like a brand new pool and is the center of our backyard now. Extremely satisfied with Legacy Pools. Absolutely recommend them. Mathew responded  to my inquiry for an estimate that same day.  My pool is 22 yrs old and needed to be resurfaced.  Mathew was my contact and Gabby. They were both so helpful with all my questions. The crews they use are so professional, efficient, friendly and polite. My pool area was spotless after each work day. It took 1 week to complete the work and they came for 2 weeks after to help cure and balance the pool.  It is just beautiful! Looks brand new. After a lot of research I decided to use Legacy Custom Pools.  Working with Darren was great. Finished on time…maybe even a few days early.  Very easy to work with and does exactly what we said he would do.  Being a general contractor myself I know a good job when I see one.  No shortcuts were taken and he delivered a high end pool. Legacy Pools has taken care of my pool every week since it was built (2022). I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to this company. Not having to worry about my pool is just one less thing for me to do, and when I tell you this pool has always looked amazing, I am not kidding. Dead of winter and it looks so inviting and sparkling. They are so consistent with weekly cleanings, call me if anything looks off with the equipment or it’s not working right, and provide an emailed report after every visit. Clearly their work is top quality and can be seen on a daily basis by how beautiful the water is and how clean the tiles are. I highly recommend their services! When we started looking for a pool builder for our backyard, we had a few companies provide quotes, but we were already leaning toward Legacy based on the great work they did on my dad’s pool. After meeting with Matt and the owner, Darren, it confirmed our decision. They really understood our vision and came up with a design we loved. Unfortunately, during the permitting process, we discovered an issue with our survey that left us without enough space for the pool we had planned. While I’m still dealing with that situation, Legacy handled everything on their end the right way. They returned most of our deposit, only deducting for what was completed by engineering. You hear a lot of stories about companies taking deposits and disappearing — that is absolutely not the case here. They are honest, professional, and genuinely good people! I would confidently refer them to anyone!
